Terms of payment

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, GooglePay, Satispay (some countries only), and advance bank transfer, as well as your virtual wallet (wallet).

  • Paypal: Paypal: it is possible to pay with PayPal even if you do not have an account, using your credit card.
    Transactions take place outside this website, through the PayPal platform, protected with SSL encryption system: in no case Artamin has access to information relating to your data and they are never saved on this site.
  • Bank transfer: after the order confirmation you will receive the bank details: you will have to insert the order number and the date in the reason for payment.
  • Carte di credito: major credit cards accepted.
    All transactions are carried out through the Stripe circuit, protected with SSL encryption: in no case Artamin has access to information relating to your data and they are never saved on this site.
  • GooglePay: you can choose this mode if you have a Google account.
  • Satispay: you can choose to pay comfortably through your Satispay account.

The virtual wallet is the simplest and safest way to pay for your purchases.
 
It is activated automatically when you register on this site and can be recharged like any online account, by purchasing the credit you want.
Your credit has no restrictions or deadlines and you will always have the cash in and out transactions available.
Furthermore, periodically, promotions are applied that allow you to get free credits, which you can spend as you prefer within this online shop.
If your credit is not sufficient to pay the full amount of your purchase, you can pay the difference with another payment method of your choice.

Cashback: for each of your purchases on this website you will automatically receive some credit that are added to your balance: my personal thanks for your interest in my products.

Availability and production times

The items for sale on this site are always available to order, production times are indicated in the item description.

If an item is not available or a customized variation is required (for example the color), production times are on average around 7 days.

All the pieces are handmade with care, and this takes time.

Shipping countries and costs

We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands , Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Artamin has entered into contracts with the major shipping service providers in order to guarantee you the best possible service.

Deliveries are made exclusively in EU countries with a timing of 48/72 hours for major locations. (Depending on the delivery address – Islands and remote locations may take longer).

All deliveries are intended on the ground floor and take place from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and holidays excluded) between 08: 00-19: 00.

You will need to provide a correct shipping address including a telephone number in order to guarantee the completion of the service.

For any shipment, with the exception of items for which the express shipping service is not provided, a link or a shipping code (tracking number) is provided via email in order to track it through the courier’s website.

Shipping costs vary according to weight and country of destination.
To view these costs, you must enter the product in the cart and, by logging in and entering your shipping zip code, the amount will automatically be displayed.

Fast shipping service, with delivery times of 48/72 hours for most EU locations.
Delivery times do not depend on Artamin, which always undertakes to ship as quickly as possible.

Ordinary shipping service NOT traceable through the postal service of the country of destination.
The package is delivered by the postman in the post box and a signature is not required on delivery.
The service is used for the shipment of low value items (ring size kits) or when specifically pre-agreed with the Customer.

Express shipping service, at no cost to the customer.
This mode is activated by entering a valid promotional code in the appropriate field, before choosing the payment, or upon reaching a minimum purchase threshold.

Returns and conditions

All personalized or made-to-measure items, such as rings and bracelets, are excluded, as they are made on commission and with the specific requests during the purchase phase.
 
Artamin always undertakes to resolve any problems, even if these are not directly attributable to manufacturing defects.
 
Please check your sizes exactly before buying a made-to-measure item.
