Place of data processing

Under no circumstances does Artamin have access to other types of information, such as your credit card number or PayPal / Satispay / Stripe account.
The subscription to the newsletter for marketing purposes is handled by the external platform MailChimp (https://mailchimp.com/)
Agreement to service is always optional and voluntary and is based on filling in a specific form within the Artamin website.
By agreeing to the service, your name and email address required for the delivery of Artamin promotional news will be provided to MailChimp.
The user always has the right to modify the settings or to permanently cancel the service through a dedicated link at the bottom of each newsletter received.
This website uses a number of active and passive techniques for access control and security, to prevent hacking attacks or unauthorized modifications.
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks.
