Eco-sustainability is not just an abstract concept: only with facts we help our planet and the environment in which we ourselves live.  
Not only the protective impregnating agent for wood, but also the finishing coatings, which are made in-house in the laboratory and are based on natural, non-toxic gums and resins, with no additives whatsoever – for example, shellac, sandracca, dammar – or the encaustic coatings made from pure, all-natural waxes.

The strength of a wooden ring

Wood is a beautiful material with unique characteristics, which are very different from the classic metal with which rings are normally made.
It is not as strong as metal: this implies that its resistance will be proportional to the care we take of it when we wear the ring.
Since the ring is made from solid wood, it has no problem when wet or submerged in water.

However, it is possible to adopt different solutions to ensure that the ring has adequate strength: for example, the wood can be strengthened by a consolidating treatment in a vacuum chamber.
